convenient location clean room comfortable beds slow check-in old hotel long waiting
the location is so convenient for travelers like me. it connected to the terminal with a bridge. i also liked the spacious, clean room we had. beds felt so good, i slept very well.
check-in took a long time. i waited over 30 minutes. the front desk moved slow. the hotel look a little old and need some work.

I found the hotel located right next to the airport. It was easy to cross the bridge. the room was spacious and included a coffee-making machine. the bed and mattress were good. I slept well.

covered bridge lobby bar several options
the hotel offers several options to get food. i found real restaurants, a lobby bar and even a mini starbucks. check-in and check-out were fast and easy. the hotel is directly connected to the terminal via a short, covered pedestrian bridge.
the bathroom sink had a crack and the curtains did not shut completely

helpful staff shuttle service ideal location
the cualli restaurant provided very good meals i found the staff friendly and helpful. the shuttle service was a great perk. the proximity to the airport simplified travel.

leaking shower constant noise
The room I had was quite disappointing. The bathroom had a shower that leaked into the room, a design flaw I found annoying. I could hear constant noise from what sounded like plumbing. It made sleep difficult. This hotel needs to address these issues. I did not find it a relaxing experience.

a reasonable stay
airport access convenient location covered bridge uncleaned room missing toiletries broken air conditioning
it connected to the airport, so it were very convenient. i did like to stay here after fly from the u. s. and before catching the bus to puebla. just cross the covered bridge and you is inside the airport.
they didn't check the room before i arrive. there weren't any shampoo and any body wash in the dispensers. the air conditioning didn't work properly in the room, so it was uncomfortable to sleep in.

free bus easy connection
i appreciated the free bus to terminal 2 it was convenient i found the hotel location perfect it connected easily to terminal 1 after a long flight.
the breakfast staff seemed a bit unfriendly when i asked for something it was a very minor issue though
