Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel was super convenient for our connecting flight, with its own transportation running every 20 minutes approximately. The room was spacious and clean, but the AC system outside was tremendously loud. Despite this, the proximity to the airport was a major plus for our stay, although the live music downstairs could be bothersome for tired travelers.
The hotel's central lobby accommodates many guests comfortably, while the rooms are clean and cozy. However, the rooms lack space for setting up belongings and do not offer seating areas.
The hotel has rooms with too small matrimonial size beds and outdated interior, but offers a quiet environment with a great view of the runway. The service was friendly but with some delays in assisting. The location is perfect for an overnight stay to catch an early flight, with easy access to restaurants. The dining options are basic, and the facilities are sufficient.
The room was in an adjacent building, not the main one, which was a bit of a letdown. However, the helpful and kind service compensated for some drawbacks.
The hotel's rooms, perfect for someone with walking difficulties, were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, including a clean bathroom with a vanity mirror that matched my reservation for 2 beds. However, the price did not quite match what I paid, which was a bit of a setback.
The hotel is conveniently located for a layover, but the facilities seem run down for the price. The rooms in Tower 1 were cool, quiet, and dark, offering a cozy atmosphere, although some had a strange film blocking visibility, feeling a bit confined. The staff was friendly and accommodating, though the language barrier caused some inconvenience. The dining options were average but essential for those in need of an early meal. The hotel's main hall for breakfast is spacious but lacks a welcoming feel for a high price point.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it suitable for layovers, but the surrounding area is not safe for walks. The rooms, though smaller due to being in an older building, were comfortable and well-decorated. The service, despite a language barrier, was polite and helpful. The dining experience was excellent, but a few extra charges were attempted. The facilities were decent, catering to basic needs.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were clean, large, and well-maintained, with a clean bathroom that even had a vanity mirror, but I had to switch rooms three times due to a horrible smell of paint and the staff making excuses. The service was helpful overall, especially after my husband's hospital visit, but some staff members seemed unconcerned. The location was very convenient for my connection, directly connected to the airport, but lacked appeal beyond that. The dining was hit or miss, with some excellent aspects but leaving a bit to be desired. Overall, the experience had its ups and downs.
Despite a few hiccups with the rooms, the hotel managed to provide a clean and comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location, especially for airport convenience, was great. The dining options were satisfactory, and the facilities offered a decent experience overall.
The hotel has a convenient location near the airport, which is great for early flights. The rooms are dated and not well-maintained, with broken glass on the floor. The service is friendly and accommodating. The dining is overrated but offers early breakfast options. Overall, it's a mixed experience with some drawbacks.
The hotel was a disappointment with dark and outdated rooms that were flooded with water leaking from the toilet. However, the convenient location for connecting flights and the nice dining experience were positive points to consider.
